Kids Learning Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2025

Kids Learning ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Kids Learning mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information on our servers. Kids Learning operates entirely on your device. Any lesson progress, preferences, or shortcut selections remain stored locally on the device and are removed when you uninstall the App.

1.1 Optional Support Information

If you contact us for help, you may choose to provide your email address and any details necessary to resolve the request. This information is used only to respond to you and is deleted once the issue is resolved.

2. How We Use Information

  • On-Device Personalisation: Tailor lessons, challenges, and reminders based on the preferences saved locally on your device.
  • Notifications: Schedule optional local reminders so families can maintain consistent learning routines. You can adjust notification settings through your device.
  • App Shortcuts & Deep Links: Enable quick access to key sections (Continue Learning, Today’s Challenge, Progress) directly from the home screen.
  • Support: Reply to questions or feedback when you contact us.

3. How We Share Information

  • No Third-Party Sharing: Because we do not collect or store personal data, we do not share it with third parties.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4. Data Retention

All learning progress and settings remain on your device and are deleted when you remove the App or clear its data. We do not keep copies of this information on our systems.

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

Kids Learning is designed for young learners and should be used under parent or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received such information through a support request, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

7. International Data Transfers

Because the App does not transmit personal data to our servers, no cross-border transfer of personal information takes place.

8. Your Rights

  • Access & Rectification: Request to review or correct personal data.
  • Deletion: Ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal obligations.
  • Withdraw Consent: Disable notifications or data collection features within the App or device settings.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may include links to external sites (e.g., educational resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted in the App or at the link provided in the Google Play listing. We will notify you of material changes via in-app messaging or email if available.
